Topics: ai, etl, e-commerce, data. - [Reflaunt](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/reflaunt/): Built on Shopify Flow and custom flows: partner inventory is evaluated automatically, then routed through publish, Reflaunt channel sync, quarantine for manual review, or delisting. Topics: e-commerce, automation, shopify, web. - [POSI+](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/posi-plus/): A professional monitoring and control surface for a crypto trading bot, designed desktop-first and ready for Electron/Tauri. Topics: web, fintech, dashboard, mobile. - [ZNN](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/pay-znn/): Go + Gin backend and Next.js front end normalise invoices and provider webhooks across projects — clients scan a code, pay, and track status in real time. Topics: web, fintech, payments, architecture. - [Her-Age](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/her-age/): We rebuilt data flows, updated deprecated endpoints, and clarified status UX so experts, sellers and buyers follow one transparent path from verification to digital passport. Topics: e-commerce, shopify, web, mobile. - [Global fashion manufacturer](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/fashion-brand-db/): A major apparel producer had no single source of truth: Amazon, Zalando, own D2C and wholesale channels each spoke different schemas. We built a governed data layer so finance and ops finally know what came from where. Topics: data, web, e-commerce, architecture. - [Casino operator · NDA](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/casino-brands/): Under NDA we stabilised three production gambling brands: cleaned up legacy PHP/JS stacks, extracted shared modules, and shipped a new marketing site without stopping live traffic. Topics: web, architecture, devops. - [Luxury reseller · NDA](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/reseller-app/): A high-volume pre-owned luxury reseller needed floor staff to photograph, authenticate and publish items without switching between five tools. We shipped a focused mobile app tied to their warehouse ERP. Topics: mobile, e-commerce, web. - [iGaming operator · NDA](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/igaming-click-to-call/): Under NDA we built click-to-call for an iGaming VIP desk: agents work the player without ever seeing the number, so the book stays with the operator when someone leaves. Topics: web, mobile. - [iGaming operator · NDA](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/igaming-cashback-rakeback/): Under NDA we shipped a loyalty engine that pays cashback on net loss and rakeback on house edge, per brand, currency and VIP tier — calculated in the product, not in a night-shift Excel. Topics: web. - [iGaming operator · NDA](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/igaming-tg-maintenance/): Under NDA we built a Telegram bot the maintenance manager actually uses: open a window, pin a reason, see who is on call, close the window. Commands are audited. Guesswork is not. Topics: web. - [iGaming operator · NDA](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/igaming-vcm-rates/): Under NDA we extended the operator's currency manager: batch updates to FX, and a bid built per currency and condition — deposit, withdrawal, method, VIP — so the rate on the site is a rule, not a midnight paste. Topics: web. - [Digital DAO](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/digital-dao/): Digital DAO is a marketing studio in Belarus that works mostly with fintech. We did not repaint the old site. We rebuilt the story and the visual system so it would sit in a room with banks, not with a carnival agency deck. Topics: web. - [Stopobman](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/stopobman/): Stopobman helps consumers who have been defrauded: where to write, what to collect, how to file. We were engineering. Layout, type, the visual system — the client's. Our job was to make that design a site that ships and stays up. Topics: web. - [M2](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/m2/): Together with Digital Technology Group we shipped M2. ZNN owned design and development: the site, the catalog, availability, the booking flow. DTG was the partner on the project. Not a brochure of yellow iron. Topics: web. - [eLADY](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/elady/): eLADY has been Japan's #1 online retailer of pre-owned luxury since 1999, Tokyo. Partners still arrive as CSV and Google Sheets. We built eDTL — extract, deduplicate, transform, load — so those dumps land in the partner taxonomy every three seconds, as incremental deltas, not as a nightly batch. Topics: web. - [The Brand Collector](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/brand-collector/): The Brand Collector resells pre-owned luxury through a supplier network. Same class of problem as a catalogue feed — except each dump crossed 120,000 rows, and the CSV they hold sits above 169,000. Fastify stayed the orchestrator. The heavy compute moved to Go workers. About 60% faster on taxonomy, mapping and pattern-match at that volume. Topics: web. - [Luxury car rental · NDA](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/luxury-cars-dubai/): Under NDA a dedicated team sat on a Dubai luxury-car rental site. Not a direct client. We did tech SEO, cleaned the Nest backend, refactored, wrote the docs, and handed the product to another team. The existing design stayed. Pages became dynamic. Search visibility went up. Performance +20%. Topics: web. - [Sports retailer · NDA](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/sports-shop/): The project started elsewhere and arrived through a partner agency. Dedicated team, NDA. We did not touch the design. We refactored the Shopify theme — Liquid snippets, Online Store 2.0 sections, metafields, metaobjects — built a proper blog, hid a video-instructions page behind a customer tag, and handed it back. Page interactivity +100%. Hardcode out. Topics: web. - [Her-age](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/her-age-sell-with-us/): Sell with Us is Her-age's Shopify embedded app for consignment: application, moderation, catalog. The pipeline had broken — unstable scenarios, UI that did not match actual statuses. We rewrote the integration layer (GraphQL first, idempotent webhooks), put a DynamoDB consistency check and a versioned schema under it, restored queues and operator errors, and added Next.js tracking plus a European VAT module. Client cost −30%. We did not invent the UI design beyond tracking and forms. Topics: web. - [Her-age](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/her-age-nftize/): NFTIZE is Her-age's internal Shopify app: authenticate a luxury item, then issue a digital passport — an NFT certificate after expertise. SKU / VariantID maps to TokenID. Manual and batch. We migrated it to the current Shopify API (GraphQL, session tokens), redesigned DynamoDB PK / SK / GSI, gave experts Next.js status tracks, put an audit trail and queues with a DLQ under the jobs, and cleaned AWS. Work restored. Server ops cost −30%. Topics: web. - [Her-age](https://zennovation.by/en/case-studies/her-age-csv-cmd/): CSV_CMD is Her-age's internal tool: take supplier CSV from Shopify and from custom CMS / ERP, normalize, run an AI quality filter, apply taxonomies for import or export. Client designed the UI — we say so. Fastify on the back, Next.js dashboard, Remix + Polaris as the embedded Shopify app. File converter, auto-updater, pattern matcher, AI analyzer, CSV editor, taxonomies. Integration speed +56%. Fully automatic. Uptime over a year without intervention. Topics: web. ## Journal - [Shipping evals before prompts](https://zennovation.by/en/journal/shipping-evals-before-prompts/): Why we run regression suites on LLM outputs before every release — and how it changed our AI delivery cadence at ZNN.
